Mr Bebbington

I feel privileged and proud to be working at Middlewich High School as Assistant Headteacher (Quality of Education). I have worked as a teacher, in a wide variety of roles, for 19 years.

During my career there has been a single common factor that secures strong academic outcomes and a sense of belonging for students: high quality, inclusive teaching in every classroom, every day where all students pay attention, participate and think hard. Therefore, I am committed to helping our already excellent teachers get even better so our students can fully engage with our carefully sequenced curricula in every subject they study.

In the classroom, I am a Mathematics and PE teacher and, away from school, I enjoy spending time with my young family.

I am also an experienced rugby union coach who has coached in the National Leagues, the Cheshire 1st XV and North representative sides.
