Assistant Headteacher (Operations)

As a longstanding member of staff at Middlewich High School. In my role as Assistant Headteacher – Operations, I oversee the management of the school estate, ensuring it provides a safe, welcoming and inspiring environment in which the children of our local community can thrive and become the best version of themselves.

My responsibilities include facilities hire, health and safety, and the leadership of our hardworking site team. I also lead on sustainability, overseeing the implementation of our Climate Action Plan and coordinating our student Eco Committee.

As Educational Visits Coordinator, I support staff in delivering a growing range of trips, visits and events that enrich our broad and balanced curriculum. I am also a Deputy Safeguarding Lead.

My subject specialism is Geography, and working with our students in the classroom – and beyond – is both a pleasure and a privilege.
