Assistant Headteacher (Culture & Inclusion)

I am Miss Holt and I have worked at Middlewich High School for many years. In my role as Assistant Headteacher – Culture & Inclusion, I am committed to giving the children of our local community the opportunity to shine and become the best version of themselves. I lead on Personal Development in form time, enrichment activities, our House system and ensuring every student can make a positive contribution to life here in Middlewich High School and the wider community. I am also a Deputy Safeguarding Lead, working as part of our Safeguarding team to support our vulnerable students. Another role I have is as Achievement Lead for Year 11. Our goal is to support all our students to make the best progress possible and to achieve results which will create many opportunities for them in the future. My final role as a senior leader is as lead for Cared for Children. My subject specialism is Geography and working with our students in the classroom (and beyond) is both a pleasure and an honour.
