Deputy Headteacher (Quality of Education)

I am Mrs Povey and I am our Deputy Headteacher – Raising Standards with responsibility for our Quality of Education agenda. I am passionate about delivering the very best curriculum to all our young people, delivered by our dynamic and committed teachers. I lead our team of Curriculum Leaders who make up our Raising Standards team and I am driven by an excitement about high quality teaching and learning and delivering outcomes for every learner which will enable them to access the very best life chances. In my previous roles, I have worked as an Advanced Skills Teacher, Specialist Leader in Education (SLE) and PIXL and SSAT Associate. I look forward to contributing to the everyday excellence delivered at Middlewich High School.
